What pregnancy symptoms do you have now that we are into the second trimester?

I never really got that second trimester reprieve that you always hear about. I'm still nauseous, still exhausted and peeing all the time. I have gotten over most of my food aversions though.

My nausea is not near as bad as it was, but comes every now and then. Major heartburn, dizzy, tired, shortness of breath, and still peeing a lot.

The pressure when I sit is still going strong. I have to pee all the time. Like literally, right after I go I have to go again.

I really guess that's about it. I'm lucking out so far.

I'm not feeling too much in the way of uncomfortable symptoms. Pretty much my growing belly is all I have at the moment.

I'm always tired still which has been my only consistent symptom. My joints are really achy mostly my hips and arms. The heartburn gets me when I eat tomato sauce. I really have no complaints, I mean pregnancy is the easiest part of parenthood lol

EXHAUSTED all the time, nausea at times, dizzy spells when squatting and getting up to fast, and food...well some days I eat really good, other days I don't want anything, occassioanl leg cramps, reflux, still get up to pee every few hours, low back pain at times, and still have the good ole gas and constipation... oh the joys

Exhausted, acid reflux (skipped heartburn this time and went right to reflux), sore boobies and nips, lots of phlegm, very achy back and hips.

I'm not nearly as exhausted all the time... I have bursts of energy, they just don't last very long! My hips/lower back are sore by the end of the day. Sleeping is still difficult... and I have to pee a lot!!!

SOOOO glad the nausea and morning sickness is gone. Now it's just my nose that's a mess -- and the drainage makes me feel a little nasty in the morning... but it goes away after breakfast! OH... which means I have an appetite again!!!!

Loving this 2nd tri so far!

Okay, upon further reflection and reading you all's answers I should add that I DEFINITELY pee a lot, especially at night. And I have low blood pressure which means I get dizzy if I rise too quickly.

Overall I'm so much better.

More cramps, twinges, a lot of muscle soreness EVERYWHERE (even in my shoulders/arms), heartburn sometimes, insomnia sometimes, exhaustion sometimes lol. I pee about every 15 minutes, no exaggeration.

But thank goodness the nausea is pretty much completely gone, just an occasional bout here and there. And my energy is sooooo much better, as well as my mood. My favorite symptom is the thumping in my belly.... everyday baby is moving more and stronger.

Hot flashes still and some days my pulse seems much faster then others. And I am still not drinking enough water so I'm swelling in my hands and feet. I have had a boost of energy lately so I'm good there. Baby is kicking up a storm everyday.

This trimester started off rough with all day constant headaches for the first three weeks and my complexion completely breaking out. Thankfully both have gotten better dramatically this past week. I'm thinking the headaches and complexion issues were from my bodies hormonal changes over stopping the progesterone. Now I am feeling pretty good for the most part. I still pee a ton and do function much better on the days I am able to take a nap. I'm gaining weight quicker than I wanted to and I'm adjusting to my growing middle. Now I just can't wait for it to go from just looking fat to a cute round baby belly.

Sinus problems, sore muscles, moody, occasional bouts of nausea and vomiting, some days I'm starving and others I'm not hungry at all, constantly have to pee, still exhausted but have occasional bursts of energy, shortness of breath just started, very high libido, have to constantly be close to DH and DS when they're around and no weight gain.

I still get pretty tired about mid-day, and the nausea still rears it's ugly head every now and again.

Extremely tired, occasional dizziness, a bunch of RLP, the constant need to peeeeeee, pregnancy induced insomnia (I always get this in every trimester), and still some food aversions/loss of appetite.

Oh, and extreme acid reflux, but that has been present since my 2ww. lol
