So last night I was at work, and I was standing up stretching a bit, and OUCH!!!!!!!! Little Jase did some kind of movement, I'm assuming he rolled cause thats kinda what it felt like, but man it hurt. It felt as if he was trying to bust out or something up to the side of my belly button. I know it could be some kind of ligament pain, but I am pretty sure that was baby movement. It was hard in that spot for like 5 seconds then he was somewhere else swimming. Anybody else feeling the rolls, hard kicks or jabs yet. Im almost 20 weeks, and I know that they are big enough to make themselves very well known at that time. Plus this is baby number four, so my uterus is stretched more probably.
I've had a few days where I'm constantly getting "lightning crotch" and I know it has something to do with how the baby is positioned, whatever nerve the baby is on. It'll happen more when I'm standing or walking, but if I lay down it won't happen. So I try to jump around and get baby to move if I can't lay down.
I don't know if it works or not, but it's fun and silly to try anyway.
I had that same issue yesterday while just sitting down. He kept kicking in my lower left groin area and it felt like he was striking a nerve or something. It hurt like the dickens. Happened all day then today it was fine. I complained to dh and all he said was "Give him a break. He has limited space and I'm sure he is doing the best he can." Lol, I'm sure thats true but it doesn't hurt any less.
