I've been having weird leg pains all day long. It's just in my
Left leg and it is uncomfortable and unfamiliar. I have noticed when I bend down on the floor like I am so used to doing, that when my knees bend, my skin hurts and it feels like my muscles or veins are
Gonna pop. I have always been able to sit on my Knees and stuff and people think it's crazy how I can sit like that and get back up. I know pregnancy brings on crazy things with circulation and stuff... Could this be a circulation problem? I walked my Dog last night and we went up a small hill, but I walk most nights so it shouldn't be cause for a sore leg like this... What I've read online so far is info on varicos veins or a blood clot but it doesn't seem like that.

Any ideas?

I had pain just like that and because I have a clotting disorder, the doc did ultrasounds on my legs. Everything checked out, and it was attributed to a hormone called relaxin that is designed to loosen up ligaments and muscles and things like that to make carrying baby and delivery easier. Because your blood supply has more than doubled due to pregnancy, it may have been pressure pain you felt too. Generally, its not recommended for pregnant women to put extra strain on muscles and joints like bending to the floor and sitting on your knees like that because with that relaxin hormone, you can do permanent damage to your joints and not realize it until your body lowers that hormone after birt
As always, if you are concerned though, call your doctor and ask them if it concerns them. If it's painful, you can take some Tylenol to see if that helps, if there's any swelling it should help it go down

I've never had what you describe. Maybe you should speak to your doctor, just to make sure it's normal. The only pains I get are cramps in my calf muscles, wow they really hurt and all day after I can feel they are still tense and sore.

That makes sense, thank you for the info! It is not as bad this morning, I'm just gonna try not to bend down like I have been
