Snuza - Mobile Baby Monitors

I just wanted to share this with everybody. My mom just bought us one for each of our girls. I'm so paranoid about SIDS, and this will give us some peace of mind.
It's a sensor that you clip onto baby's diaper. If baby stops breathing for 15 seconds it vibrates to try to get baby to wake up/breathe again. If that doesn't work, the alarm goes off to notify you so you can check on baby. Sometimes there can be false alarms if it falls off or something, but I think it's worth it!

How often are you getting false alarms? We considered one of these with our last child but I heard so much about false alarms that we never got one. SIDS scares the crap out of me also.

Lurking from March DDC, and we have the Snuza monitors too. We have been using them for two weeks now on our twins. We have had around false alarms, but it was because of human error on our parts. If you don't have the diaper on tight enough or if the baby is bent or laying in a position to where the belly doesn't touch the monitor, it will go off. We haven't had an alarm go off yet when they were actually sleeping.

We've only had them since Saturday, but no false alarms. False alarms would most likely be due to human error, as jes81878 said.
