How is everybody doing with losing their baby weight? Have you lost it all or still got a way to go?

I have still got a way to go. I've got around 19 lbs to lose to be back to my pre pregnancy size. My dr just gave me the ok to workout again so I'm hoping that once I start working out hard again I will lose it. Although with breastfeeding I tend to hold onto that last 5 lbs until I stop breastfeeding.

I just posted in Facebook group about this. I only gained 6 pounds or so of fat during my entire pregnancy. I'm about 30 pounds above what I want to begin with, but 25 pounds down from my heaviest weight. I was 189 when I got pregnant wih my daughter and was 210 after she was born, gained 15 pounds because I didn't realize my milk supply is more affected by how much water i drink than the amount of food I ate. After my milk was no longer a diet staple, just comfort for her (after her first year), I lost almost 30 pounds and got to around 195 in just a few months. Then got pregnant with my son. My weight at my 6 week pp check up was 204 in the middle of the day, after lunch and drinking tons. I'm 206 right now and I'm not eating much differently and I'm nursing exclusively which is supposed to burn calories right? So why the heck did I gain? I could lose 2-3 pounds a week easily before he was born, now I'm having trouble pushing it down at all.

I was back to my pregnancy weight a few days after I had him and then 10 lbs under 2 weeks pp but haven't lost any more weight since. I'm happy to be under pp weight but I'm overweight and need to lose a lot more. I'm currently 213 and I've been stuck there for a month, I started really exercising last week but the scale won't move. I need to work on eating better though, breastfeeding makes be so hungry.

I'm really struggling..I've got a hundred tons off stress right now and I haven't managed to lose but 4lbs....I was 140 when I got pregnant and got up to 199 just before delivery and I feel horrible all.the.time. I just have zero energy by the middle of the day even and my 3 year old does not allow anyone on the floor to not be a jungle gym, sounds like good exercise but he's rough! Lol

Well... I didn't gain anything during pregnancy, I was actually 11 lbs lighter at delivery than I was at my first ultrasound. I've been on quite a weight loss journey since LAST February. I was 259 lbs over a year ago. At my 6 wk pp check, I was 206. 20 of that, I lost before I got pregnant. 11 while I was pregnant, and the rest since delivery. My goal is to lose at least 7 lbs by May. But I'm thrilled with where I'm at right now! .... although I have zero clothes that fit right .... and am starving all the time since I'm exclusively breastfeeding .... and I have an unhealthy addiction to Cadbury Mini Eggs right now ...

I dont go by the scale, weight fluctuates all day. I go by how my clothes fit, and only check if theres a difference. They all fit again, and I just have to tone my stomach once I feel up to exercising again. Thankfully I dont have to lose 60lbs this time like last time, that was a fun two months. Dont think I've been on a scale since I was pregnant.
