Has your little one has his/her 2 month check up yet? How big were they? If your little one had shots how did they do?
Christian had his 2 month check up yesterday. he is up to 11 lbs 3 oz and 22 inches long. He had his DTAP and his HIB shot and while it was torture when she gave him the shots, he screamed out and then cried for awhile. He did ok after the shots though. No fever or any reaction at all which was nice.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
Yup. Autumn was 9 lbs, 14 oz and 22 inches long. She is small (was born on the smaller end) but "perfectly proportionate" according to our pediatrician.
She had all her shots and the rotavirus liquid vaccine. She didn't mind the liquid, but she turned beet red and cried pretty loudly for the shots. Didn't help that she was tired and hungry by that point, too. The next two days she spit up most of her meals and was very fussy. She normally has reflux, but this was WAY worse than usual. My husband was out of town on business, too, so it was a pretty bad week for both me and LO. Going to make sure he's around when she has the four month visit!
Not seeing a doctor until May 5th. New area, new doctor. Hope shes not a meds pusher. Shes young so who knows. I dont do wellness checks either but want her to meet my kids at least once in case they ever actually need a doctor for something. I hope shes educated on breastfeeding and not a formula pusher like my last family doctor.
