Anyone dealing with post partum depression? Mine has gotten pretty bad the last 2 weeks, it's a daily battle of holding back tears feeling like I'm going to burst out crying for no reason I started vitamin D and Omega 3's a few days ago, hope they start working soon,I hate feeling this way. I never had it like this with the other kids.

I'm not sure what mine is. I don't feel unhappy or depressed. In fact I feel pretty happy, but the tears keep coming there will be 4/5 Times in the day were I ll be feeling fine but then start to cry. It's really odd. It's like when your about 7 days after baby is born and u cry for no reason. Well it's still happening 3 months on.

So sorry that you are dealing with this. I have been more emotional than normal and now with Christian starting daycare I am a mess. I hope the vitamins work for you and you are back to normal soon

I'm sorry! I'm in a funk right now myself. I posted about it in the Facebook group. I don't think its something pills can fix though. I just need to get out and get a proper break. I just wish DH understood this and would stop being so focused on his phone/tablet constantly.

I had an awful time and tried Zoloft and vitamins. I ended up going back on bcp and I'm totally fine now. My issues have ALWAYS been due to hormone swings. I hope all of you feel better soon. I do not EVER want to feel like I did ever again.
