Does your little one take a paci or suck his/her thumb?

Christian hates paci's and will spit it out of his mouth. He hasn't tried to suck his thumb until yesterday and I saw him doing this.

So now I'm wondering if he's going to start sucking his thumb. he hasn't tried again. I really hope that he doesn't start. Jackson sucked his thumb and just recently at the age of 4 did I get him to stop.

Cassidy loves her pacifier, she chews on her hand a good bit, but I can get her to stop with the pacifier. She's started teething already too so that's where I think the hand chewing is coming from. Poor little bumpy gums :/

Just like my first, pacifiers are a torture device. She will suck on her knuckles a bit, hope she doesnt discover her thumb, and if she does hope it's not hard to break that habit.
