I knew this was a BF question but I still thought of the other BM for half a second and was very confused by your question.

That being said, I don't see why not.

Actually, I would NOT. BM should always be cooled before adding it to anything that is frozen. Similarly, fresh pumped milk shouldn't be added to cooled milk in the fridge. If it is milk that will be pumped within a day or 2 of each other, I would just cool it in the fridge, then freeze that together, marking it with the oldest date of the milk.
