I have noticed that I have been having loads of lotion like cm. But when I woke up and starting walking around I felt more wetness and dripping. I have been having cramps and my first thought was no....af stay away. But when I looked there was no blood or anyway like that. It was watery discharge all on my panties. Is this normal? It is gone now. It only lasted a few secs but man it worried me.

I'm just lurking at this point but when I was pregnant with DD I had that. It is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about unless there is a change of colour, or a weird smell (possible infection). If it is white or clear then you are fine.

I had the same thing at the beginning of my 4th week with cramping, it did not smell so the doctor told me it was normal. Good luck!

Very normal, but completely odd for first timers . One of the reasons I love the book Belly Laughs-it talks about the things like this that other people never tell you about.

It's actually a good sign! That's your body making progesterone and it causes the creamy like CM.

I'm having it too. I keep thinking it's blood and running to the restroom.

I had it with both my full term babies too
