I've always been a bit of a worker, staying home makes me crazy. I guess with kids I'd be busy but I think I need to work to have that independence. My husbands aunt was a stay at home mom for 23 years, and now she wants to go back to work she has a degree but can't find a job because she hasn't worked in so long and the economy. I just don't ever want to be in that position.
Rads- I used to live in Joliet. How are things up there? I have heard Joliet has gone to hell. Not sure if you go that way but I noticed you are in the chicagoland area.
6 weeks 2 days here! My boobs have been crazy sore, especially during the night and in the morning. Im tired quite a bit, but not yet to the point where I can't function. The past few days ive been feeling sick to my stomach pretty bad early in the morning and after I eat, but no all day sickness just yet. I was SO sick with both my previous pregnancies so Im enjoying everyday that Im not crazy sick.
I work from home (home daycare) but with my last daughter, I was back working when she was 4 days old. I may take a week off this time, but no more then that. I enjoy working and the ability to be home at the same time, and I feel the quicker I get into the routine of things the easier it will be.
