Someone posted in this in my last ddc, and I found it terribly reassuring to be able to look at smaller milestones than reaching the second trimester.

I hope it helps and NOT freaks anyone out!!

Thanks! That is really reassuring to me.

I have had a loss after seeing a heartbeat but my dr has assured me if it VERY rare and the likely hood it would happen again to me is super small. Especially since this baby had a very strong heartbeat (As the the rest of my kids did) and since my progesterone is under control (It wasn't with the baby I lost).

Thanks for posting. I wish this wasn't a fear that lived in the back of my mind! I'll be so super glad when I pass all milestones

I know it's not everything, and sometimes horrible things happen anyway. But I was hoping people would feel reassured.

I did hear a hb twice with my loss, but they knew it wasn't a healthy pregnancy from my first ultrasound right at 6 weeks. I think maybe it helped prepare me a little, but waiting and wondering for three weeks was horrible. I also just had a panicky feeling right from the beginning with that pregnancy. This time I feel calm and like things are going to be ok.

Yes, you're post is reassuring!! I just miss that lost innocence... I didn't have any signal that something could ever be wrong, quite the opposite! This article would sure reassure me if it was my first preg, so I know it will help a lot of mommies to be!
And just like you I too have a very good feeling about this pregnancy!!
Hope both our babies stick like crazy!!

This is another link I like. You put in your LMP and it gives you miscarriage stats by day:

This is very reassuring, thank you so much Susan for sharing. It almost makes me feel that if I get to tomorrow I cant breathe (a tiny) sigh of relief

Thank you for posting this for those out there that need the reassurance. I am still leery though since all of my losses were after 11 wks after we saw a healthy bean during u/s. DR assures me that none of my MC were alike so there is no reason to flip out yet, easy for him to say huh?? I am still hoping that each and everyone of us finds our miracle baby.

It is different after you've had a loss. No matter what happens, it's nice to know so many of us are all in the same boat.

Same here. I had one at 15weeks so I stay nervous for awhile.

Like I said before, just trying to help calm some fears. Nothing is a guarantee obviously.

No and I totally get that. I know there is an issue with us genetically or something. My grandmas had 6 miscarriages she knows about, and in that time you didn't know you were pregnant right away, so sh was a little further along.
