Not only do I have 24 hour a day sickness, this is day four of horrible headaches. I actually had to cancel my appointments for tonight, and I never do that since I have a two week waiting list. Ugh!

Anyone else dealing with nasty headaches?

I never get headaches, ever, unless pregnant. And its terrible because Tylenol doesn't touch them. I hope it doesn't last forever. What were your appts?

I have them too

I see a chiropractor regularly and that is helping but I have that nagging headache still

YES!! They started around week 6 and have been off and on now. Tylenol doesn't even help so I stopped taking it. I found a nap or going to bed early helps or at least makes me forget about them.

I had them really bad last week. I don't think I had been drinking enough water because I had been so sick so I really tried to concentrate on getting fluids and staying hydrated and that has seemed to help. I hope yours goes away soon.

I go to the chiro once a month. Sleep doesn't seem to help.

I had dog training appointments. Trying to squeeze them all in now, so I can actually take a maternity leave from training. Will still have to cover the rest of running the business.

I suffer from migraines and so far *touch wood* I haven't had a really bad head since getting my bfp. I'm trying to avoid them by staying really hydrated (which in turn is making me pee loads) and avoiding foods that trigger (cheese and sweet foods that cause a big blood sugar spike). The big one for me though is sleep, I get the worse migraines when tired and im feeling tired all the time at the moment.

I hope your head ache improves soon, or at least you find something that will help ease the pain
