I suck on sour hard candy.
I make slushies- crystal light or diet ginger ale, frozen fruit and ice and sip them throughout the day.
I wanted to try special k protein water while i'm at work so it feels like there is something in my tummy throughout the day. it has protein and fiber. but target didn't have any.
I've given up on eating vegetables and just stick to fruit.
I got groceries today for the week and since I only eat what i'm hungry for at that exact moment. I came home with diet ginger ale, sparkling water, and fruit fruit fruit. I'm not sure exactly what we are going to eat for the week
