My insurance company will pay for the Medela Personal Double Breast Pump (amazon link below) but I've never heard of it and didn't even see it on the Medela website.

Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on this pump? I used the Medela Pump In Style with my DD but gave it away so I need a new one.

I looks pretty similar to the Medela In Style to me. I used that one with my first and upgraded to the Free Style for my second. The both worked fine the Freestyle was more moble (you did not need to hook into the whole bag) but if my insurance would cover any double electric I would probably make due.

It has good reviews and looks very much like the pump in style. I'd say go for it. I loved my pump in style.

I'm glad you posted this because it made me call my insurance. My primary will cover 100% of a double electric so long as I get an Rx from my doctor and use their medical supplier. This is good because my secondary is a non-profit, so it is not covered by the breast support portiion of Obamacare and they do not provide anything for bfing.
