I was thinking the same thing, you eat pretty healthy but I'd still be starving.
For breakfast I had oatmeal, banana and blue berry yogurt and water.
For lunch I'll have chicken soup, and a grilled cheese on wheat and water.
Workout is my pregnancy yoga video today. Not sure on dinner yet

I wish I didn't like breads/pastas! Haha! Here's my menu for the day.
B: Small breakfast burrito with eggs, hash browns and bacon
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with pineapple
L: Whole Wheat pasta with tomato sauce, ground beef and a little italian sausage, mozzarella cheese. Celery and Carrots with Avocado Ranch dip
S: Sweet n Salty peanut granola bar
D: 2 small microwave bean burritos and broccoli with cheese (tried to make something quick to get ready for trick-or-treaters)
S: Lots of Halloween candy
Ok, today was not the best menu. Tomorrow will be better!

Hi all~ I don't track calories since I'm not dieting. I just listen to my body and eat when I'm hungry I'm not a huge person either so I don't eat a ton. I also dislike eating breads/pasta and meat isn't my fav.
b:Total cereal with milk and ground flaxseed, water and vitamins
sn: small black coffee from McD before playgroup
l: Not super hungry: can of low-sodium V8, large carrot, water, one of dh's pure protein-high protein bars
sn: smoothie (even my 4 yr old loved it!); it had 2 bananas, 1 apple (cored but w/peel on), milk, honey, dab of pb
sn: chedder cheese slices
d: lots of halloween candy!!
2nd d: dh made homemade mac n cheese and then I had a burger (no bun) w/ cooked onions and hot sauce
Exercise: ran down the road and back, stretched
