Ok I try to exercise everyday, for the most part I do, I have a gazelle which I find is great to use while Im pregnant, its low impact and doest hurt my hips or back like some other exercising does. Plus it makes me feel alot better when I do exercise! Neways I do find that sometimes when I do exercise it causes me to contract a little. I was wondering if any of you ladies are still working out, what kinda exerising are you doing and if you've had any problems from it!! ??

My only form of exercise comes from walking the .25 miles to my office from the parking lot and back. And intercourse. LOL! Seriously, if I'm doing all the work with intercourse, because that's the only comfy position, that counts as cardio...but I was definitely starting to get contractions while walking to and from the car.

Lol I agree with the cardio from sex, I def count that as exercise hahaha!

A daily walk and weekly yoga class but that's pretty much it. I wish I could do more but I need to take it easy.

My daily exercise is running around after 9 kids. I never have time to get to a class anymore, so I have been thinking of getting some kind of dvd I can do at home.
LOL...about the sex being exercise....I should start counting that too....you don't get almost ten kids just laying around...lol!!

I'm not. I would like to, but I can't walk up a flight of stairs, or walk the mall with out cramping and contracting. My daily exercise is walking up and down my stairs 100x (not literally) a day and cleaning this house.

I looove my Gazelle! But I haven't been using it near as much as I should, for the reason you mentioned.. I start getting contractions while exercising. I have noticed, too, that I start having them when just doing anything strenuous or when I have to be "go go go" too much.

So.. I guess the answer is "sorta" lol I exercise when I can but it's definitely not very often anymore.

I was watching a baby story on tv this weekend and the lady went to the gym the morning of her csection and went back to the gym four days after- she had some amazing muscles....

I choose not to exercise- I promised myself that after the military I would never go to a gym again. But I do chase after a five and two year old all day, maybe that counts.

I've had to roll back a lot lately, because I keep running out of breath even doing my weights routine. I do have a Wii Fit, and I set it on the free step and do half an hour of just stepping while watching TV or reading a book. I have to keep a big bottle of water right beside me, though, because I will contract a bit if I'm not drinking frequently while exercising!

I try to get out and walk daily but its been rainy sooo that hasnt worked these days.

I am so wanting to ZUMBA but im thinking how can I make that low impact plus I dont eat enough calories a day the way it is.

I may just get my M.J. danicing game out for the Wii and dance to thriller lol Maybe that will help with my Zumba craving lol

I do turn the 90's music channel on cable and dance me and my 5 year old were getting down to whoomp there it is last night lol I love that kid he is mommys little buddy lol

I don't exercise as much as I'd like too. I'm exhausted allthe time for the most part and when my 2 yr old does nap, I want to nap too.
We used to walk about 2 miles almost daily when it wasnice out, now it's pretty cold.
I do, do a prenatal yoga and salsa DVD that I really like I try to do that 2-3 times a week.
