Ok I try to exercise everyday, for the most part I do, I have a gazelle which I find is great to use while Im pregnant, its low impact and doest hurt my hips or back like some other exercising does. Plus it makes me feel alot better when I do exercise! Neways I do find that sometimes when I do exercise it causes me to contract a little. I was wondering if any of you ladies are still working out, what kinda exerising are you doing and if you've had any problems from it!! ??
My only form of exercise comes from walking the .25 miles to my office from the parking lot and back. And intercourse. LOL! Seriously, if I'm doing all the work with intercourse, because that's the only comfy position, that counts as cardio...but I was definitely starting to get contractions while walking to and from the car.
My daily exercise is running around after 9 kids. I never have time to get to a class anymore, so I have been thinking of getting some kind of dvd I can do at home.
LOL...about the sex being exercise....I should start counting that too....you don't get almost ten kids just laying around...lol!!

I'm not. I would like to, but I can't walk up a flight of stairs, or walk the mall with out cramping and contracting. My daily exercise is walking up and down my stairs 100x (not literally) a day and cleaning this house.

I looove my Gazelle! But I haven't been using it near as much as I should, for the reason you mentioned.. I start getting contractions while exercising. I have noticed, too, that I start having them when just doing anything strenuous or when I have to be "go go go" too much.
So.. I guess the answer is "sorta" lol I exercise when I can but it's definitely not very often anymore.
I've had to roll back a lot lately, because I keep running out of breath even doing my weights routine. I do have a Wii Fit, and I set it on the free step and do half an hour of just stepping while watching TV or reading a book. I have to keep a big bottle of water right beside me, though, because I will contract a bit if I'm not drinking frequently while exercising!
I don't exercise as much as I'd like too. I'm exhausted allthe time for the most part and when my 2 yr old does nap, I want to nap too.
We used to walk about 2 miles almost daily when it wasnice out, now it's pretty cold.
I do, do a prenatal yoga and salsa DVD that I really like I try to do that 2-3 times a week.
