Ok I've lost it. While driving today that song "Feed the World" came on..you know the one that goes "let them know it's Christmas time" well Ive always loved that song but today it made me bawl! Then I looked over and saw an old guy staring at me while i was crying. I had to laugh..i must have looked crazy. My emotions are all over the place!

I think the lack of sleep plus hormones are getting to me! Anyone else feeling *really* emotional?

I go through phases for sure. Early on people's sappy facebook statuses would make me tear up and I am NOT a cryer (sp?) in general. Haha!

LOL! I'm on a Christmas Shoes boycott this year as well!

One that did get me was "Mary, Did You Know?" I heard it on the radio, and for the next 3 days, every time Danny listened to me for something, I heard this flash of "The blind will see, the deaf will hear" and teared up.

"Mary did you know" never teared me up before.. I sang it alot in choir.. but being pregnant.. wow.. wasn't expecting that one.

Anything about not being near/around people you want to be at christmas has always done it to me, but this year. wow.

Don't know if you've ever heard of Delilah, but she is the sappy love song queen of radios at night. I've heard her show all over the country, normally on the local soft rock stations. But she is doing 24/7 christmas as well and christmas themed calls.. oh gahd it's torture sometimes

Shes got such an amazing voice! I love her song Russian Roulette..though I dare not play it because it'll probably make me cry lol

And that shoes song..is that the one about the little boy wanting the shoes for his mom? Noo way could I listen to that right now, I'd be hysterical.

Think I better stay off the radio and just play songs that wont turn me into a blubbering fool

Warning it is a dangerous song to listen to.. about a boy who wants to buy a pair of red shoes for his mother on xmas eve.. but doesn't have the money for it so the guy behind him buys it for him...

he needs those shoes that night "if mommy meets jesus tonight"... it's so hard on both DH and I since he lost his mom a few years back.

Yep, definitely proceed with caution. I also lost my mom and that song is one I just can't listen to unless I'm at home alone and can cry my head off lol. It's a great song but really does get the waterworks going every time!

Going to check out the link above with dogs and cats doing jingle bells now.

Definitely boo hoo to Christmas Shoes and there's another one I just heard this year called A Baby Changes Everything that tears me up! One of the first verses says something along the lines of "not a ring on her hand, all her dreams and all her plans, a baby changes everything." ugh....tears me up. It actually makes me think of when I was pregnant with Conner and not married, etc. LOL. ok, listening to it now....lol
