How many weeks PP are you? 9
How many pounds have you lost? 31
How many more do you want to lose? 60 to get me back to pre pregnancy weight.
What are you doing to lose them? I've started walking and cutting back. I'm also back to mowing the lawn and doing a lot more around the house.

How many pounds have you lost? 31lb (LOL, this is becoming a theme!)
How many more do you want to lose? 19 to get to pre-preg, 28 to my goal weight
What are you doing to lose them? Walking mostly, and tracking calories. I actually plateaued, and when I started tracking my calories, I realized I was way UNDER what I should be eating for breastfeeding. I started tweaking where I got my calories from and making sure I got enough, and I've started to lose again.

Kel, ditto the plateau due to not eating enough. I started WW Thursday and I lost like 2 lbs in 2 days once I started eating enough food.

What are you doing to lose them? I've been doing p90x since I was 5 weeks pp. Crazy, I know, but I took it slow in the beginning. Just this week I started jogging with my double BOB. I'm feeling great, but still need to tone up some!

I don't even know what a p90x is, but it sounds intimidating!

Wow, you girls may be on to something with the 'stalling due to not eating enough'. I guess our bodies probably hold on to the fat if we're not getting enough calories to supply the breat milk. I should probably start tracking my calories because I doubt I'm eating enough.

Almost 2 months pp.
Down 33
12 to go to prepreg weight, would like to lose an additional 27 lbs to my goal weight.
We go on walks, I try to eat healthy foods. I think it will be easier when I go back to work next week because I'll have to plan out my food the night before and pack my lunch/snacks.

Lol, it's only as hard as you make it. The first couple of weeks were a struggle, but now I'm lovin it and starting to see some great results. I think the first step in any work out plan is committing!
