OK so I have been working my a** off and eating right, I have lost about 9 lbs and about 5 in, but I am not seeming to loose any weight around my belly. everywhere else but not my belly. I still have not dropped a pant size. This is so frustrating. Yes I am breast-feeding still and I'm not wanting to stop any time soon. Just wondering if yall had any ideas or things That I can do to help with this issue???
I'm a lady that can't lose the last weight until I stop BFing. I'd definitely make sure you're doing some weights and some ab/belly exercises to help shape it back up... It can be hard to whip those muscles back into shape sometimes!
