I'm slightly lactose sensitive ever since my last pregnancy. I've gotten mild cramping and some gas so far this time. But today... TMI... I had 3/4 of an Starbucks Americano misto (only 1/2 milk rather than full like a latte) then had 1/2 a cheese and chicken panini. Within minutes was running for the bathroom. I had such awful diarrhea. I can't believe it. Anyone else?

I haven't had that but I'm having more of the opposite, constipation. I actually randomly want cheese, too. I don't know that the cheese causes mine, but as far as what pregnancy can do to your body, I'll believe almost anything.

I get random diarrhoea and just general digestion issues when I'm pregnant, for me I really don't think it's connected to dairy, it happens for anything, your digestion will be slower and acting strange in pregnancy so it could just be that?

I'd never heard of that! Definitely explains me last pregnancy! This time I seemed to be going the opposite route. Can you talk to your health care provider about what you can do to help?

I had gestational diabetes with my last so assuming I will again
Yesterday wasn't bad. If I don't have back to back dairy I'm ok.
