In a huge effort to eat healthier, we made quinoa for the first time tonight. It was tasty!!

This was the recipe: Cranberry and Cilantro Quinoa Salad Recipe - Allrecipes.com

It would have been awesome heated up in a tortilla too.

Spaghetti and marinara - same as the last three days. I'm still having serious aversions, but tomato sauce always sounds good!

We had roasted chicken and potatoes. I made gravy and mostly had two pieces of bread with gravy. The chicken grossed me out after a few bites.

Hubby made steak fajitas, which tasted really good until I felt nauseous and thought I was going to throw up. Ugh.

I took DH out for lunch yesterday (early bday celebrations) for Italian. So we had left overs from that last night. Tonight DH works, so DD and I will have left overs from lunch today (which DH is planning on making quesidillas and chicken salad).
