I got out pork chops for dinner tonight and I have no ideas on what to do with them. I'm bored with seasoning and cooking on the stove and serving with BBQ sauce. Anyone have yummy go to recipes they'd be willing to share?

If you have a can of apple pie filling spread it on the bottom of your crock pot (or you could do it in a baking dish), top that with your chops and then top that with some bbq sauce. Sounds strange, but it's good.

Or I also like stuffed pork chops. Cut a slit in your chops and fill with diced apples and raisins and bake like normal.

My mom was from the south so we grew up eating our pork chops smothered in apple sauce. I still like em that way.

Thin pork chops and cream of mushroom soup. Bake and serve with cranberry sauce and another side of your choice. Yum!!!
