Where's your weight gain now that we're all at 5 weeks or less to go??

I'm officially up 39 lbs which is 4+ lbs more than I wanted to be at the end but down 3 from that water weight I had gained...I'm kinda hoping that my healthy eating will trigger a 4ish lb loss to put me back in a healthy weight gain range...but I'm obviously not going to reduce my calories purposely but I know my diet change is significant considering how much processed food I was eating so maybe I have some weight that can drop without effecting the baby. Either way, I feel much better already just from not being so nauseated from all those "bad" foods. A little bad is okay but it was most all I was eating!

I've been hovering around 19 lbs for a couple months now. I'm amazed! I gained a quick 10 before hitting the 2nd trimester (probably water weight?). Then didn't gain due to nausea, vomiting and poor appetite until about 22 weeks. Then I showed up for my GD test at 28 weeks and had gained 8 lbs in those 6 weeks! We should have known right then, lol. Since I got my GD diagnosis, though, there hasn't really been any gain. I gained 35 with my last pregnancy and felt great. I think it's total nonsense that women should only gain 20-25 because I couldn't have felt better at 35 last time, and it came right off postpartum. If it weren't for my dietary regimen, I'd probably be in that range again and would be totally fine with it.

Editing to clarify that I think ideal weight gain depends on the person. Didn't mean to imply that I think gaining under 25 lbs is bad or anything.

I am hovering right around 12-15 pounds at 38 weeks. I am happy with that, but I also started off about 10 pounds from my goal weight so I have a good 25 pounds to lose. Yikes!

11 lbs at 35 weeks. Hoping for only another 4 in the last 5 weeks as I am already a plus sized momma.

Just shy of 50... Eating properly and exercising this time. Last time I ate crap and sat on my butt and gained the same amount. Very frustrating.

26lbs at my midwife appointment on Wednesday. I feel so huge, I gained a total of 30lbs with both L & E & I'm only 4lbs away from that with 5 weeks to go. I can't stop craving sweeeeets. I'm hoping breastfeeding will melt it away, lol.

I am 30lbs as of right now. Can't exercise. Don't eat the best. I have another 4 weeks to go. Hopefully, I don't gain too much. I gained 30lbs with my first and 45lbs with my 2nd. I guess I am right there as m other pregnancies.

About 20 lbs now. I've been going up and down a few lbs here and there in the 3rd trimester, so I hope to just keep hovering. I gained about 15 lbs during fertility treatment, so I'm counting that in my weight to lose after baby is born!

I'm worried if I gain the 45+ I did with my first I won't be able to lose it! Not to mention if things continued the way they were I stood to gain another 15 lbs! As of this morning I'm still holding steady/losing an ounce or two rather than gaining. I'm craving sweets and salt and um everything but I find as I get back closer to my normal eating habits I actually crave less. It's the darn morning sickness that really gets me off and the nausea has been really bad for really long this time!

I'm up 21 lbs with DD I only gained 12 lbs and it wasn't until 35 weeks I gained the majority of it. I was also 50 lbs heavier. It's all in my stomach which is making it difficult to sleep. but only 2+ weeks or less to go!

I was at 17 lbs up until my apt on the 21st and I weighed 3 lbs less so now I have only gained 14 lbs. they are happy with that considering I was 200 lbs when I got pregnant.

Last Monday I was up 31 pounds at just over 36 weeks /cringe Since I was already heavy to begin with I was hoping to avoid gaining much, but in this last little bit my weight seems to have shot up. I do take a little comfort in knowing that some of it is water retention, which has only recently started becoming an issue.
