So, I think I'm heading down that road again. I just got sick for the first time but I knew it was inevitable (I really tried to avoid it but I guess I really just have no control over it). I definitely had HG with my first but with my second I did a little better but was still sick all the time. This time I really thought I was going to avoid it but I've been getting sicker and sicker so...I kinda knew it was coming. Seems like everyone else is on the road to recovery here (which is yay for everyone- wondering if I'm going to be the last sick one here (I feel like I'm so behind everyone else!!)??
I had it with DD. This pregnancy is a million times better than the one with her. I am still on Zofran, but can actually skip the better days. I hope that it isn't too bad for you this time around. It is absolutely miserable.
I'm back and forth on Zofran. It's never really worked anyway. But, this time I used it a couple times because of my uti and needing to take antibiotics. Well, it stopped me up just taking a few doses and I'm not positive that whole thing didn't trigger the way I'm feeling now :/
I am so sorry. I do not think I have HG, but I have pretty bad m/s. I manage it successfully with b6 and a whole unisom at night and 4 mg of zofran in the morning. Last night, I decided I needed to see if things were getting better so I skipped the unisom combo. I woke up feeling gross - so not done yet. I really hope things don't progress into really bad m/s for you. Do you have to be hospitalized?
No. I was in the ER twice for my first. I doubt I'll have HG this time exactly- just will be miserable and throw up about 5 times a day. It's just so frustrating. Oh well- at least I don't have to worry about baby being okay for now- I figure as long as its getting worse baby is probably fine.
