I went pee this morning and had a BM defnitely more than spotting, but it was not BRIGHT dark red. But it does resemble menstrual flow.

I'm also feeling some things in my left side. I'm 12 weeks 1 day.

I called but I don't know if that's considered an emergency so I left a message in the questions department, but I don't think that woman goes in til 8:30 or 9.

I'm going crazy with worry.

You're in my T&P's Bonnie!! Please KUP.

A lot of women have early spotting in their pregnancies and go on with no complications. Keep monitoring it and if you don't get an answer you like from the Dr.'s office, go to the ER. Also, I had spotting a lot early in my pregnancy and I was told that women can spot for the entire pregnancy with no issues. A TMI question: Did you DTD last night? That can cause some spotting. Maybe it's twins? That's how I found out!

Anyway, keeping everything crossed that you are ok. Try not worry, I know easier said than done.

Thanks girls. I qwent and luckily for me I got the doctor who delivered Roald (I like him best); he did a pelvic exam and told me he saw no signs of bleeding. He wasn't saying he didn't believe me, just that it looked like whatever I had this morning is it. He also said nothing felt wrong. Then he got the baby's heartbeat on the doppler like right away. I was so shocked because when I was pregnant with Roald they couldn't get the heartbeat on the doppler until I was 16 weeks and I'm 12 weeks. They said sometimes heavy women take longer to show up on dopplers. I told my doctor about rhe contrast and he said "I'm a trained professional!" lol

So everything should be fine.

Stephanie-I made them check to make sure I didn't have twins in there when we had our ultrasound on Thursday lol! We haven't done it since Saturday night because I've been super tired at bedtime and really sick to my stomache lately. So who knows why I had spotting? I just hope that's the only time I have it.

Ok, this is a strange TMI kind of question, but could that be hemmoroids? I have a friend pregnant with twins who has had horrible hemmoroids since about 12 weeks and she talks about bleeding every now and again. But it causes a lot of pain too.

Nonetheless... glad you were seen and everything is looking good!

That's what I'm thinking especially if the bleeding was in conjunction with a bowel movement. I've never had twins, but I do have pretty bad hemorrhoids, and by the time I hit 12 weeks with Patrick I would bleed from them every once and a while. And it was what you described.

Anyway, I'm glad that everything's alright with your bean!!

I never had hemorrhoids when I was pregnant withoald, but ever since I had him I have had a mild case. I have been having rectal bleeding recently, though not alot of pain, but my rectal bleeding is bright red. Almost like a Crayola marker.

After I cleaned myself up back there is when I whiped up front. I was whiping up insde my vaginal opening and it looked like my menstrual flow on the 2nd. or 3rd. day of a period. But, maybe it did have something to do with my hemorrhoids. I was thinking the same thing.
