I've been having JM issues...so I'm just now able to update y'all. Not to mention the transformer DIED last night, so they had to put up a new pole last night and rewire it (did I mention they blew up the phone lines? OMG. LOL)

In the end, no family showed up. But, it's their loss. Some friends came, and I was so thankful that they did come. It was beautiful. Some of my fellow catechumen (Catholic wanna be's...LOL) came as well.

You're also going to see some candles. I lit memorial candles last night for our angels and my mommy. The girls' have bows and flowers, and my boys' flank one for the boys (I've GOT to get more candles).

Mom and all the kids (Calypso, Katrina, Ethan, etc)

All of our kids (I need new candles )

My Mommy

Memorial Pics: His stuff below the altar

Emma being...Emma

The attendees...great friends...I won't soon forget their kindness

THE Deacon Marshall...I love him

My friends praying. The one in the black and white is due in October...she let me feel her baby. The one on the other side of the girl in black flipped me off because I was sure the church would fall in because she came to church. It was not right, but SO funny.

I love you girls, and I want you to know I feel SO much better today than I have in weeks.

Especially after going to church today, I can say it's their fault. My family is reeling from a death...we have friends and our Lord to get us through.

Their loss, kwim? I was so glad to see the people that came...it was worth it. Small, intimate, and so full of love.

Well, we all would have been there too if we didn't live far away. We were there in spirit though.

Yes, you were. And you were mentioned. I made sure that Deacon Marshall mentioned that I attribute the "grace and strength" he says I have to wonderful women like you, who showme the way to keep being a loving parent despite the distance between us. You were all def. there.

I am glad you had some great friends even though family didn't show up, but definitely their loss.

I feel just horrible that none of your family came. That to me is so rude. But on the other hand your friends are outstanding for showing up. It looks so beautiful. I hope you're doing better now.

Okay, JM will hopefully let me post a reply to this...it's been giving me issues too.

I'm sorry your family was stupid and didn't come. But I'm glad you know we were there for you in spirit. How sweet of you to light candles for Jonah's angel friends too!
