It didn't happen for me yet and it's been more than 8 weeks since then. Is this normal or should I call my doctor maybe?

I had Roald November 15....last day of bleeding was November 30. Then my period started December 18.

I know for some women though they were like you and it was a good deal longer. I agree that you should let the doctor know. After any birth a woman's cycle can get knocked off track and that may just be what happened.

I ovulated at 8.2 weeks and menses returned at 9 weeks. My LP was a measly 5 days.

I had a D&C about a month after I had Eva to remove some retained placenta, then I had my first period 24 days later.
