Sorry i'm sure everyone is sick of listening to me LOL...Was your first AF post partum painful? Mine started last night, which i'm glad about but at the same time sad...I had cramps for 2 days before it started, but today i'm in awful awful pain..Worse pain then I was after I had the baby...I'm also dizzy too, not sure if they are related...I hope it's just because it's my first cycle and it's not going to be like this every month.

yes, my first one was so different. I don't even remember if I ever had anything as painful as this one even after I had my daughter. This time I had really painful cramps, headaches, I was very tired, and I bled a lot (like really a lot, I had to change pads like every hour sorry for being gross). This was in September, and I just got back to work. I even wanted to take a day off, but since I just got back, I didn't . But with the second and third one everything was normal as before.

I've had headaches and i'm very tired too...I'm not bleeding alot yet, it just started last night...I usually have heavy periods anyway, but I think that was due to my thyroid, so i'm hoping that won't be a problem anymore...I can't remember what they were like after my other births, if they were painful or not.
