I haven't had many complaints this pregnancy. Things are/were going well. Then yesterday I noticed my little guy wasn't in his normal patterns of movement. Sugar didn't get him going, cold drinks, eating, nothing. I have felt movement, but it's definitely not like it had been. It's bringing back all those horrible memories I have of noticing my angel's movements decrease. I called my doc and left a message for the nurse that I'm concerned about noticing the decrease. There was no hesitation on his part to tell me to come in for an appointment this afternoon. No questioning me about kick counts, no questions about whether I've felt any movement. No slack for being a Monday. I really like this new doc. Hoping everything is fine. Just keep us in your thoughts this afternoon.

*UPDATE*
So we went in and I was hooked up to the monitor for a NST. I was supposed to start them next week, but this was fine with me. The nurse found the heartbeat right away, in the 150's and gave me the buzzer to record when I felt movement. Right away he started moving and rolling around. Little bugger waited until we were there and all hooked up to perform! We got good accels and good decels from the 140's all the way up to the 180's. Doc said it was as close to perfect as you can get. He said he was glad that I called, if for nothing else than my peace of mind. He said it never hurts to check things out. He also told me that I had done everything right before calling...in regards to eating and sugar and stuff. I'm so thankful that baby is still ok and hanging in there and I'm sooooo thankful that I found a doc that really listens to you and is concerned about you as well as your pregnancy. Of course, on the way home, the little guy was moving up a storm as well. Oh well, definitely better to be safe, than sorry for not doing anything about it. Can't wait to hear that heartbeat for 20 minutes again next week

Praying for your bean! You are 30wks, don't hesitate to DEMAND whatever treatment you feel comfortable with if you feel like they are not taking this seriously enough!

Update when you can!
