I feel much, much better today. You know when something hits you and you just feel awful and for some reason the tears just keep coming. I haven't cried about Katrina for SO long and then that night something just got to me.

I think we have all felt this way before. I have much peace about Lucy, but every now and then I am overcome with sadness. I just can't stop crying and the pain seems just as fresh as the day she died. Those occasions are few and far between, but they are difficult to deal with nonetheless. I'm glad you're feeling better.
