There is a girl in my department that is ready to have her baby. She is having a girl. Everyone around here has had boys. My supervisor said, "This is the only baby we've had in this department that's a girl." Um, that's not true. I had a girl. She just didn't make it. I didn't say anything, because I don't want to take away from my co-worker's exciting time. It just bothered me a little.

Oh hun im sorry, people outside us don't see the baby as being real iukwim? we carried them and gave birth to them. Even now my family members don't class Jessica as grand daughter, neice or anything. Its like she isn't real because she isn't here! it is sad and upsetting for me also. tbh i don't say anything either as it seems to make them uncomfortable. but i guess its there problem not mine. ((hugs))

I would be upset as well. Depending on my mood I would say something.
*hugs*
