What is your exercise of choice?

Are you a member of a gym?

My exercise of choice would be zumba first, or any class environment! I get so bored on a treadmill and doing weight machine stuff at a gym! I'm not a member of a gym since moving to our new house, I have to find one around me, and one that offers classes! The YMCA is just so expensive here!

Running is my first choice. My favorite type of run is interval/speed work.

We do have a gym membership. DH lifts weights 3x a week and they have indoor and outdoor pools.

The only group classes i am interested in would be Yoga or spinning.

Zumba!!!! I also love any of the Les Mills classes, like Body Pump and Body Combat. I would much rather take a class than get on a machine.

I actually really enjoy using an elliptical machine. It's mindless, so I can allow my mind to wander...most of my goals and planning and dreaming are done on an elliptical machine.

In our old neighbourhood in AZ, we had a community gym. I loved it. Gym memberships are crazy expensive here though. My parents have a bowflex and an ancient Nordic Trak, neither of which I want to use. I'm trying to convince them to get rid of the Nordic Trak (seriously, it's older than me) and get an elliptical. Don't think that's going to happen though.

I like fun workout at hm vids like Denise Austin dancy things. I did attempt the 30 day shred last yr and plan to try again in a few months when I feel strong enough.

No gym but plan to go with my mom as a guest at the Y when I feel up to leaving Em at the daycare there which I won't do for another yr at least.

I forgot that our new amenities center will have a gym....it's in the process of being built and is *supposed* to be done by fall sometime....however, a FL fall could be December?? Who knows! ha ha I hope they will have a classroom for zumba and such!

I mostly run, but I'm also getting into heavy lifting... may join a gym someday but closest one is 17 miles away so not practical right now.

You ARE strong enough! By doing the DVD's, even if you have to rest or modify it a little, you will get stronger.

I like using the Wii. I do Just Dance and Wii Fit. I'm also going to start doing a "Doctor Who" workout, which is like a drinking game, but with workouts.

I am still just walking and stretching. I am not yet sure what I want to try but I am thinking of getting a gym membership.
