I am 6w2d (!!) today and originally had my first sono scheduled for Friday, 9/20 (7w). Then I had to reschedule because my DH had a work conflict and moved it up to 9/17 at night (6w4d). Now DH training was cancelled so I am going to reschedule AGAIN because I would rather not go so late at night and have to bring 2yo DS.
I am so torn. I am really nervous, especially after an early MC in june, and would love confirmation that everything is OK (or to know if its not) sooner than later, especially bc I am on progesterone supps. But, I want to go late enough to hopefully see a heartbeat and not suffer in limbo for another week. I mentally prepared myself for 7w and was anxious to move up my appt, but then I got used to the earlier timing. I am thinking about rescheduling for Wed, Thurs or Fri (6w5d, 6w6d or 7w) depending on what they have. Is there really a difference between the three? I saw a HB with DS at 7w1d.

I'd say the later the better, as well. Either way you're going to worry though. Maybe see if you can get a couple close together? In case the first one doesn't go to well (don't heart the heart beat yet). My midwife doesn't schedule the first ultrasound until 10 or 12 weeks, which sucks.
