I'm starting to worry because I've been cramping almost constantly for 5 hours. I mean bad cramps. I have to curl in a ball and breathe through them. Almost feels like the stomach cramps I get with early labor. I have terrible diarrhea (tmi!) So idk if it is related to that or what. I've been drinking as much water as I can tolerate 16oz/hour or so.

No blood but I did have a LOT of cv mucous earlier.

I've never had a mc and idk if this is what happens or if I'm being paranoid or what .

I'm thinking of calling the doctor in the morning, but Im not sure.

Anyone experience anything like this?

It sounds like it could be intestinal related? My sister had a similar experience and it turned out to be food poisoning, but she very distinctly thought she might be m/cing because the pain was awful & the location was similar. I don't have experience to give advice - so sorry you are going through this.

I was wondering about food poisoning as well. I haven't heard of cramping for that long with a m/c without bleeding. Good luck hun! If you aren't feeling better tomorrow you might call your dr just to be on the safe side. You don't want to get dehydrated.

I'd say if you're still having the symptoms in the morning, call your doctor. Better safe than sorry!

It might not hurt to call, just for your peace of mind, but it sounds like an upset tummy to me. How awful! I hope you feel better soon

When I had pains like that, I had mc-ed. But there was an awful lot of blood to accompany it. Could be something you ate, since that is an unpleasant experience as well. Definitely call the doctor to help ease your worries.

I am feeling better this morning. No more god awful cramps just achy. DH had a lot of GI upset yesterday as well. (I didn't know this until he got home at midnight) So, I'm wondering if it was food poisoning from the Mexican we had Sunday night.

I've had an upset stomach before, but nothing like last night. I had the flu when I was pregnant w #4 and it wasn't that painful. I'm on the fence about calling the doctor since I feel okay now.
Nel and underhermantle like this.

Having gi upset can cause bad cramping of the uterus...because one can stimulate the other. I bet you gi upset is causing you to cramp. I always have bad D at the beginning of pregnancy because of the hormones. I am so sorry you are so uncomfortable. I will pray for you.

No kidding I thought to myself after typing that response last night, "I wonder if it was the Mexican food?"

I'm glad you're feeling better!
