I get them. But I just deal because I hate taking anything while pregnant.

Ya im against taking meds while preggo too, unless i totally have to. I had some in my chest SO bad on the weekend I thought i was having a heart attack.... just a burp. So embarassing lol DH kept asking if I was ok if he should pull over the car

I think you just have to stay away from the foods that make you gassy.... as i leave for lunch to get some cream of broccoli soup lol

A little bit of peppermint or chamomile tea might help. So sorry.

Yup. First time around, i feel like I didn't have this many symptoms. Now I feel like a walking gas bubble. I'll excuse myself to go to the bathroom frequently at work to see if it helps give me some relief. When I'm at home my sister has me lean over the arm of the couch to try to get it moving out either way.
I've got gas x but I'm worried to use it. Tums and peppermint can be helpful. Peppermints are amazing little things.
