I am currently sitting at my desk with my little heater going full blast under my desk. I have my big warm jacket on and I am sipping a slush... I needed the ice for some reason. I can not tell you why, but my tummy was really really upset and I wanted sour and ice for it. Im worried all this sugar is going to knock me out now though.

Any one else found any weird ways of coping with the constant nausea?

Popsicles. Specifically Minute Maid juice bars. I have to eat them for breakfast half of the time lol. But I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but I ate a big breakfast this morning and I actually feel HUMAN. I have been feeling sick from the time I wake up until after I eat dinner for a couple of weeks now, without vomiting. But this morning I ate half an apple, a popsicle and a bagel with cream cheese and I felt good by 10 am. I usually just eat a little fruit or yogurt in the morning so I don't get sicker but I think having a large meal in the morning actually makes me feel better. Bagels it is, every day, if that's what it takes lol.

=( I hope you feel better soon! Food wise, nothing out of the ordinary; crackers, ginger snaps, etc. I wear Sea Bands and they help take the edge off. I did give in and take Zofran yesterday and today. I've never taken medicine like that when I'm pregnant but I needed to function! I feel like a new woman! I mean....Wow! I can't believe the difference.

I had a really, really rough morning today, too. I was very hot and dizzy this a.m. and I kept feeling like I was going to pass out.

I'm still needing protein. It's the only thing that will keep the nausea at bay the longest.

Ohhhh ladies FX that we only have a few more weeks of this...

Ugh, I'm going through jolly ranchers like they're going out of style and sadly, I left them in the car today! Which my husband took to work since my kids were off school. I have suffered today with nothing. I've tried drinking water, nope. Laying down, nope. I had to get things done around the house and I probably looked pitiful doing it haha

I'm dying and nothing helps- I'm taking 2 Zofran a day plus Pepcid and unisom at night and I'm just feelings awful. All. Day. Long. To top it off the Zofran has stopped me up like no one's business. It's really hard. I really just want this part of the pregnancy to be over...

Oh no . Yeah I'm not sure what helps. Sugar temporarily but I'm still not certain it is helping any as opposed to making me feel more sick the following day lol. McDonald's helps though lol.
