After looking at 4 stores for plus size maternity pants, I've decided to order online in different sizes and return items that don't fit. What a disappointment shopping has been. Seems stores think only small women get pregnant.

And on another note, I used the doppler again this morning. Baby is still hanging out on the right side. Found the heartbeat right away. Then got some bumps on the doppler. I didn't move the wand. I think I heard baby moving. Didn't feel a thing, but even DH thinks we were hearing baby move around. Thanks for the bumps baby. It made me smile and just rejoice in this miracle of life.

Have you tried Motherhood Maternity? I noticed they started carrying some plus sizes when I went in the other day (they didn't used to). Your Doppler story made me smile. I am so ready to hear the h/b but no luck so far!

Aww sweet! Our bub has been switching places on us...he used to be on the right but yesterday was in the middle. Going to try to find him again later. Haven't heard him move yet though

I got my plus size stuff at Motherhood but it is pretty pricey. I got basics (leggings and jeans) and went to Goodwill for tunics and big huge shirts. I still haven't found the hb but I keep trying. Surely sometime soon?? I'm 12+1.

I shopped at Motherhood also, and I was plus size by my 2nd pregnancy. It is pricey, but I mainly bought jeans there because I am not a frilly top type person.

Ooh I am so glad you posted this! I was looking for some plus sized clothing as well. It is so hard to find cute things that don't cost a fortune. I did find some REALLY reasonable clothes at Woman Within www.womanwithin.com/‎ but I am also going to check out some other sites as well. I have also found some things at Old Navy online.

I'm so glad you are having luck with your Doppler. It is so fun when you can hear them move and kick the wand.

I'm an XL at Motherhood and their pants are amazing. I also lucked out at Burlington Coat Factory for some jeans. Total spent on Maternity <$60
