My solution is weird and it might have to do with the b6 and b12 vitamins which help with nausea, but I drink a protein shake/slim fast before I get out of bed in the morning. It makes the difference between feeling like this for a few hours, or eating a yummy breakfast 20 minutes later. I drink one even if I feel good. The B vitamins take a bit to build up in the body. I had quit this routine for a few days over a week ago, and after the second day not having my shake, I felt like complete ***. I could never do crackers or anything dry; barf. So having something liquid, chocolatey , and full of good stuff is my perfect solution.
Omg I hit 13 weeks yesterday and it was the first day I vomited. I think the fact that I was over tired didn't help, but I still can't believe it. I'm sure it's baby relates because I feel so much better now.
Thanks Vicki... for my beautiful siggy!
