I had to force myself awake last night. I was having a horrible nightmare. It involved my oldest son dying and it felt so real. I hate these. I hate how vivid and that I can actually remember it.

Give me the crazy dreams where I'm walking on a staircase through fire to get my baby who was just delivered to me by the stork again.

Must be in the air...I had a nightmare last night too...it was loosely based around Hannibal in Silence of the Lambs...your nightmare sounds much worse though. I'd much rather have the crazy dreams too!

I'm sorry you had one also

I can't shake it and I hate that. I know it was a dream, he's clearly here, right in front of me. I hate how it lingers.

I completely agree! Crazy way better then the my kid is dying ones... I have had a few of the dying ones now too - horrible horrible.

My best crazy one was with my first pregnancy... dreamt I gave birth to a kitten and my DH went all crazy asking me who I cheated on him with - LOL

The death ones, I most definitely can do without. I've had one of all my boys and family. I hate them.

I actually had that kitten one not to long ago! What is it with that dream? Haha

Right there with you. I keep having horribly real dreams that involve people close to me dying and other terrible things. Not fun at all.

I have been having them too! The other night I kept having nightmares that my family was stuck in a different natural disaster every time I fell back to sleep. Finally, I gave up on sleeping and went in the other room. I want to have happy dreams- like ones about the baby!

My husband had a dream last week that we gave birth to a duck! So I bought him a cute little duck stuffed animal that quacks when you press it.

That is terrible I know just what you mean by it "sticking with you". I haven't been remembering my dreams lately which is fine with me!
