I know that people look at me and think I am pregnant but of course it's still such a small little bump that I don't think anyone would dare ask. My friend said another friend saw me at the gym and told her I looked pregnant so that's good. Sometimes I wonder if I just look like I've had way too much beer. I can't wait until it's clearly obvious!
I was in children's place buying my son t shirts and the cashier was making small talk about being forgetful because I couldn't find my debit card lol. She said 'and it's even worse being pregnant'. So I'm sure that comment was directed at me, I just said I know!
I have been getting the suss eye mostly but not many people are game to ask yet. I have had one mum at work come out with an outright congratulations and asking when I'm due though I don't know if someone spilled the beans to her or not lol.
We go to a restaurant quite frequently and the hostess asked me how I was feeling when we walked in and the proceeded to tell me how miserable the one hour glucose is so I know she knew I was pregnant but I have no idea how, lol. I'm not really showing and was wearing a big sweater, but so far it's the only time anyone has approached me about it so far.
Thanks Vicki... for my beautiful siggy!
I definitely have a little more belly going on than usual, but because of that, I've been dressing like a frump in my husband's sweatshirt and pj pants. Since I just moved here, I don't have any friends yet and no strangers have approached me...yet.
Nope. But that could be because I'm using the rubberband on my pants trick and covering up my unbuttoned pants with my hoodies. So no one really sees my bump, if there really is one yet.
And they will continue to see no bump until I decide to either get bigger pants or some winter leggings!
Oh gosh. By the time I DO get clothes that fit, people will be so used to not seeing a bump, it's going to be a shocker when I show up for work with this melon attached to me.
