Anyone having trouble sleeping?

I have trouble falling asleep even when I am exhausted. I've been sleeping through the night the past few weeks, but I wake up super early to pee and I can't fall back asleep. For some reason I'm waking up on my back- I hate sleeping on my back! I love sleeping on my left side, but I guess we can't control our position in deep sleep

Yes but my issue is that my lower back starts hurting. I normally sleep on my stomach but that is now uncomfy and sleeping on my sides/back is killing me

Yup, if I get up to pee in the middle of the night I frequently am up for at least an hour afterwards. Ive never had sleep troubles but this has become common.

I've had back pain issues but I think that's more due to sinus issues and my lack of running.

I have no trouble getting to sleep, it usually happens whether I wanted to or not. It's staying asleep that's the problem. I wake up a couple of times to pee and then sometimes a few for random reasons like I'm uncomfortable or some other option I don't know about.

I can always fall asleep easy but I have a 2 year old so I am ready to sleep at 9:30pm while she wants to play still. I wake up at about 3 and 7 am to pee and those times are when I struggle to get back to sleep... Then DD gets up around 8.... Boooo

Right now, no. But I know the nights are coming where on sleep happens. My sciatica has already showed it's ugly head. Which means the SPD is soon following.

I have trouble falling asleep about half the time. And my son has been off and on with nightmares so when he does wake me up I'm DEAD status lol. I've been really uncomfortable trying to sleep because i'm a belly sleeper and it's not very comfy anymore. I need a bed with a belly cutout lol.

I'm still nursing Aria, and I co-sleep. So on top of insomnia, Aria will wake up very early morning and want to nurse, then of course, I have to pee, then my sleep is done, no way am I going back to sleep lol

I have no trouble falling asleep but then its like around 12 am until 5 when I get up with the kids I am up on the hours. SO I wake at 12,1,2,3,4 and go right back to sleep but it messes with the restfulness of the whole sleep I am exhausted!!!!
