Is anyone else getting headaches this pregnancy? I have had an almost non-stop headache for over 8 weeks now. The doctor doesn't seem worried but its a really frustrating thing to deal with everyday especially teaching preschool! Just curious if this is something anyone else is dealing with? Im getting lots of sleep and drink TONS of water! Hopefully just something that'll go away soon

I have been having awful headaches. The longer I have them, the worse they get. They started affecting my vision. That's when my Dr. started me on 400mg. of Magnesium Oxide a day. She said she wants me to take it everyday, regardless if I have a headache that day or not. From what I have read, it's a lot like a muscle relaxer. I started taking it on Tuesday. I have still had a headache everyday, but so far they haven't gotten worse like they had before and they have stayed pretty mild. I'll take a mild headache over what I had before, any day.

Yup, had a few. Nothing compared to what you've described. They'll last for a couple days, I'll take some Tylenol and that's that. I understand what you mean with preschool. It's tough stuff!

I have headaches a lot. My BP has been on the high side and they put me on medication recently. Not sure if the headaches are because of BP or not. Hoping I will have less headaches now that I'm on the meds.

A few weeks back I was getting a headache every night around 7 pm. They weren't that bad though. I would just cover my head with a blanket and massage my forehead and it would help.

I have headaches daily, but I also have Chronic Migraines so i have dealt with headaches even when not pregnant. I had to go off my migraine meds because of the pregnancy though so that kind of sucks. But dealing with them the best I can, i guess.

Yes, I've had headaches, at times lasting for a week or so, othertimes on and off. I've also had migraines all my life. In pregnancy its hormonal. The basic treatment for headaches/migraines during pregnancy is 2 extra strength tylenol (1000mg) and 1 regular cup of coffee. It takes awhile for it to kick in (for me at least) but it does help somewhat.

I've been getting headaches every couple days for a quite a while now. Thankfully they haven't been too severe for the last few weeks but they are still annoying! I didn't have this with DD.
