Im starving like all the time... Not just cravings or need to eat but like urgently hungry every 2 hours. I can even eat a normal meal with lots of protien (like I was told to) and in 2 hours it will be like I havent eaten all day. On the way home tonight my tummy was grumbling and needed to be fed but I had just no desire to eat. I had just had some chicken breast and hour before and tried to tied myself over with water and a couple oranges for the drive.
I am wondering if baby is going through some growth spurt or something? There is just no way my body needs to be storing more fat!! I am already 30lbs up.
I just had a bad food day and out ate my husband, which I never do! It's like an hour goes by and I'm hungry again, even after eating a huge meal. I really don't know what to do about it at this point...

Maybe you are a bit dehydrated? How much water are you taking in a day? Sometimes I feel hungry even after I've eaten and if I drink a full glass of water that hunger goes away and stays away...and Im horrible about getting in 8 glasses a day and I think while pregnant you are supposed to drink even more than that.
I dont think I'm dehydrated. I drink a lot of water and milk all day long. Every meal and snack I eat I have a large glass of water or two. I have to keep well hydrated as I had kidney stones last winter. I am terrified I would get them again while pregnant.
I've started adding a packet of oatmeal as an afternoon snack. I have Strawberries and Cream or Apple Cinnamon to choose from, so I get my sweet fix. It holds me over until dinner and I don't feel like a huge gluten.
I also keep a 32oz powerade bottle filled with flavored water at my desk all day. I tend to drink 1-2 of those while at work. It helps me to drink throughout the day.

I'm the opposite - I was ravishingly hungry during 1st trimester, but it has tapered off now. I think the best thing to do is just listen to your body and if it says, 'feed me' then go ahead and feed it.
I am right there with you.
I feel like I'm eating nonstop. And maybe I am. But I always feel like I'm starving, even after I just ate. I try to snack on small things, but then I still end up eating big meals.
I ate every 2-3 hours yesterday. Not because I wanted to but because I had to I tried to make good decisions on what I was eating. Last night I DIDNT wake up in the middle of the night starving which was awesome I actually weighed myself this morning and Ive lost a pound. I dunno how that is possible but thank goodness lol
