Anyone want to share a recipe for a dinner that can be made ahead of time and frozen? I'd like to start cooking double and freezing batches in the coming months before baby gets here!

Because I love cooking so much, I have never done make ahead meals. This is something I plan on doing starting in March. I am even budgeting for it knowing I will have to buy in bulk for a while. I'm looking forward to seeing some recipes!

I do freezer meals a lot and it really came in handy when DS was born. I usually make: chicken spaghetti, baked ziti, and chicken enchiladas. I make double batches of all of those to freeze. I need to find some different recipes this time though.

We have been freezing half of what we make for dinner for a few weeks now. With there only being 2 of us, we just prepare the whole pound of ground beef (or whatever meet) and take half to freeze. We've made meatballs, meatloaf, stroganoff, tater tot casserole, and soup. It's so easy since it's what I'm already making for dinner! I'm lookin forward to having it all ready to go!
