Welp my 32w appointment revealed that baby is in fact still transverse, as s/he has been since the first anatomy scan at 19w (like the pic below).

So midwife will wait til 36w appointment to see by touch alone if little Peach Pit turns, and if not it's u/s time.

Otherwise a good appointment with great news. Since my pregnancy is unremarkable and if continues to progress normally, I will not have to get an IV if I choose a hospital birth! I also won't need to have constant fetal monitoring and can use the shower there. I also don't need to decide until go time if I want to birth at the hospital or at the birth center. Yay!

Dude I have no idea. Peach Pit stretches out allll the time and I swear his/her little feet are going to pop out my side.

It's like baby is in a hammock, just hanging out.

I have no idea how Vivi still manages this position...even the tech says that transverse is uncomfortable for babies AND mama...I think the stats I found were 1 in 2500 babies are transverse. I would much rather have her breech...no chance at a vag birth with transverse at all!!

Oof, I can imagine it's not comfy for baby, either. It's like the least possible amount of square footage that way!

I worry about the c-section thing, too -- I'm not too worked up about it yet, but I hope things change fast...

Have you tried spinningbabies.com or anything else to encourage baby to get that head down where it belongs? I have no experience with any of these things, but it's worth a try?

Funny that this was brought up! Missy Milla can still get transverse and spin around to whatever position she feels like! Last night, hiccups in my right rib cage, today they are in my butt. I don't see how she can move so much without me knowing that she's moved completely to a different position, you would think it would be obvious at this point when they were making such big movements!

#1 was transverse until 38 weeks, it wasn't too uncomfortable really. But when he turned to head down oh it was magical. I could breath!
