Anybody taking EPO (Evening Primrose Oil) and/or Red Raspberry Leaf to help when labor begins?

Not yet while he's breech. If he stays breech then I won't but if he flips I will prob start doing the red raspberry leaf tea. I have EPO at home from TTC (it was crap) but I'm not too sure about using it.

I'll also start around 38/39 weeks, I did that with my other two. I don't drink the tea, but I take the EPO.

I drank the tea a couple times last pregnancy, eew. Haha
I can't find the capsules anywhere in town so I'm going to order them on Amazon.

I've already started taking 1 pill a night of EPO, I'll up the amount probably at 34 weeks.
At 37 weeks I will switch to Borage Seed Oil.

EPO helps soften the cervix
Raspberry Leaf strengthens the uterine muscles

have you looked up how to turn baby? How far along are you? My 1st didn't turn head down until 38 weeks & #2 turned at 36 weeks.

I'd like to get some of the tea, I hadn't thought about the EPO. Maybe I should?

I drank RRL tea last time but it didn't do jack for me...my labor was ridiculously long, even for a FTM. I bought EPO last time but never used it because I chickened out. This time I will start using it a couple weeks before my due date.

I've tried and will keep trying the positions that are meant to turn them and see what happens. He tries hard but can't quite get there after he gets half way lol. Poor little guy tires himself out!
