I got two maternity bras and a nursing singlet today. I think this is the last of my baby purchases! I guess technically I still do "need" a cot mattress protector but with the new bassinet set up and the sheets washed then really it doesn't matter if we don't get it for a few months. Same with a high chair. Who else is done and who else has things left to buy?

I'm pretty much done as well. I definitely need some more nursing bras for me, but I think that's pretty much it.

Haha I bought my first two today, I was a bit sadly excited about it . I don't know how many I'll need but I guess I'll find out! They were really cute actually. I was surprised to find some that weren't ugly lol.

Oh gosh I have like nothing! I think i'd be easier if I listed what I did have, which is a nursing bra and tank for me, and several outfits for baby. We have all of our furniture, but that's about it. I'm sure I'll get a lot at my shower next Sunday!

Nothing to buy. I need to make some nursing pads. Find all the pieces to my breast pump. Make a thing for the playpen to cover up the hole my kids cut into the side of it. Finish making the one sized diapers I started. Wait for baby to grow and pick a date somewhere in the next 6-10 weeks.

I still have 1 (maybe 2) showers coming up. I have all the big stuff... Just need smaller stuff. And a changing table mattress and bedding.... One shower is in 2 weeks. Usually my work has a shower for a first time mom, but I haven't heard anything about one.... Hmm oh well ! :-)

Scratch that... About 3 minutes after posting it I got a message from someone at school asking when would be a good date for the baby shower at work. Kinda ironic... I wonder if she can see this?!?!! :-)

Hm. I still need breast pads. Will probably also get a couple more nursing bras since I don't really like the ones I have. I also want to get a bottle and some pacifiers. DD1 never took either but I'm hoping and crossing my fingers this one will! Probably will be a waste of money though . I've started to wash and organize DD's newborn and 0-3 clothes. I remember that I always felt she didn't have enough sleepers so I might get a couple more of those. Aside from that I think we will be ordering DD a Bitty Baby American Girl doll but I'm not 100% sure I'll give it to her when sister is born or save it for Christmas. I need to order it now though because my friend will bring it over when she comes in May.

Im impressed with all the nursing bra posts. I've never used them. Maybe I should try them? I EBF my babies I for at least a year, the last one I think he stopped at 18/20 months. So I would get use out of them....I also dont have anything put together, carseat, l&d bag, etc...

I actually think nursing bras are more of a necessity if you pump (weird yes?) but they do make nursing on the go easier IMO. At home I mostly just wore regular bras.

I ended up not using mine because they sucked...hoping to find a good one this time but if not I'll just be wearing sports bras (only wearing those these days anyway lol) I also never had an tops that were specific for nursing...I just wore camis under my shirts...pulled shirt up, cami down and it did the trick. lol

I actually think we have everything except coming home outfits. I really just want to see how big they are first. My mom can run out and get them something cute once we figure out if they need preemie.

I might get a few more nursing tank tops they are my go to since I love to layer them with t shirts for nursing in public and just wear them at home! Pads and nursing pads and I really think that is it. I might pick up some stuff for my 19 month old special things to do and play with when mommy is nursing baby and is not nursing him at the same time ect.
