I think my body is gearing up for labor. I know I'm only 35 wks but I am so ready to have him. I'm getting to be absolutely miserable. I get Sharp pelvic pains that are almost unbearable, almost to the point of tears. I get them if I walk to fat, and at night starting at like 8 and they go on until midnight. I don't think it's contractions though cuz my stomach doesn't get hard with them. I do get contractions to through out the day, not so much at night though. My next appointment is the 29th with an ultrasound and hopefully a cervical check. I need to know if these contractions and pains are doing anything.

I'm at my aunt's still, we go back Thursday night abd I'm ready to be home. I miss my hubby and I'm paranoid about going into labor here.

Just needed to vent a little.

I don't think they'd routinely offer you a cervix check just yet but you can certainly ask. Especially if you tell them what you've been feeling. The pelvic pains are awful . Hope everything goes well with your appointment! You could always go in a little earlier if you get concerned. Or even give the midwives a call and have a bit of a chat. They are good to talk to.

Vent away, there's always someone who will listen on here .
