When it was the real thing? Went to dinner with my grandma and having contractions that are 4-6 mins apart for about an hour but not really getting stronger in intensity. Get home drink some water and try to relax. Contractions kids of slowed down but now feeling weak, out of breath and shaky. Going to try to take a bath and hope it helps. I wish my body would just make up it's mind already. You're did u know for sure it was the real thing and not just false or prodomal labor?
Hey I was thinking about you today. My dr phoned last night and said that a lot of people go into this never ending early labor because their LO's cant quite get into the spot they need to be in. They might get close....but somethings a bit off. So he recommended I get on my hands and knees and rock back and forth for a few minutes as many times a day as I can. It should put baby exactly where she needs to be. He swears up down and sideways that it works better than DTD or walking or anything else.
The way I look at it its a lot easier than walking a million miles a day so what can it hurt? Anyway, I figured Id pass it on. Im starting tomorrow since I really dont have anyone to watch Ellie tonight
I did the rocking thing for the first time this morning and now I feel like hell. The contractions are a lot more frequent and painful. Im pretty sure they'll die down in a bit. I rocked for a solid 5 minutes then did 10 squats so I'm pretty sure I just over-used my tummy muscles lol but its good to know it does something at least!
With the three I went into labor with, there was something different about their contractions. They weren't like the annoying BH or prodermal contractions I had, had. With my 3rd, I woke up from them and I waited two out and I just knew.
